I have a nVidia card on my computer which is a GeForce2 MX and I need to get a driver for OpenGL 1.4 or higher for it. I could not find it on the nVidia website. Can someone help me?
Sorry, there isn’t one. All of the nvidia drivers are bundled with the OS, and the GF2MX driver only fully implements GL 1.1 (TEXTURE_3D does not have a software fallback.)
Of course, it’s really 1.1 + a big pile of extensions , so depending on what you want out of 1.4 you might be able to do it anyway.
If you need some 1.4 function that isn’t available, tell Apple what you need.
