Can anyone tell me what the arguments mean? 400 in x direction ? In what units? where is (0,0)?

glutInitWindowPostion(100, 100);
(100, 100) is based on what? where is (0,0)?

3)
glVertex3f(5.0,10.0,1.5);
is this (x,y,z)? once again, in what units and where is (0,0,0)?

glDrawElements(GL_QUADS, 24, GL_UNSIGNED_BYTE, allIndices);
Once again, what does the (4,5,6,7…) mean?
