After I read the orange book and searched the web, I found no place to download its samples’ source code. But if such book exists, there must be some way get its support, let alone the most basic, it’s source code.
That’s odd. They used to be up here: http://3dshaders.com, which is noted in the preface to the 3rd edition (published July 2009). But they apparently let the domain name lapse, and now its unrelated to the OpenGL Shading Language book.
I have a version of the examples packratted off from Aug 2009. It has the 2nd edition examples and some other stuff. Here are the files, for your websearching pleasure:
