As of yet, this wiki and the associated forums are meant as a basis for discussing and solving problems with OpenGL only (i.e. neither WebGL nor OpenGL ES are topics to be discussed here). There are dedicated forums at http://www.khronos.org. As to my knowledge, there have been no publicized plans to change that.
