Which driver sets support which versions/features of OpenGL

We have developed a 3D application based on OpenGL 3.2

We periodically receive support requests where the issue is clearly driver lack of (proper) support for certain OpenGL features.

In many cases simply telling the user to update the drivers does not help.

I am looking for a resource where I can find which graphic card/driver combination have been certified to support certain OpenGL features.

Does such a resource exist?
