Need help buying a gaming laptop for league of legends.

Hello all,

This is my first post, so please be kind.
I just got myself a wonderful job, and I’m looking for a new laptop to replace my 5 year old computer that has past its prime. It can run league, despite the FPS drops. It could run DoTA2, but barely, just barely.

I’m looking for a gaming computer that can at the very least run the latest games, and last a very long time. I’m looking for a PC that has at least 750GB space or higher, and a good graphics card for gaming.

My budget is $1100 but I prefer to spend $500 on a new computer.

I plan to play the following games

League of Legends
DoTA2
Planetside 2
Guild Wars 2.

I don’t know which I should buy.

Any advice would be great.

These forums are for questions about the OpenGL 3D graphics API, and your question doesn’t have anything to do with that.

If your goal is really just game performance, read up on game hardware reviews where they benchmark a number of different components against each other. You’ll get a sense pretty quickly of what you’d like to have.
