I have just started learning open GL and encountered a problem.
When using VS 2015, after linking, I could run a program with opengl32.lib but I could not do it with other library even though the program didn’t have any opengl function.
I have checked driver update and the driver is fine.
I am wanting to know the cause of my problem and how to solve it. This is some images about it.
