    Run openGL from remote computer


    I am trying to run app of OPENGL from a computer that has no hardware for it. but I am running it from connecting in remote to another computer that support it.
    It doest work...
    Does someone has any idea why?

    I have no idea what your setup looks like. By "connection", do you mean SSH with X-forwarding?

    Either way you should definitely take a look at VirtualGL.

    From its wikipedia page:
    VirtualGL is an open source program that redirects the 3D rendering commands from Unix and Linux OpenGL applications to 3D accelerator hardware in a dedicated server and displays the rendered output interactively to a thin client located elsewhere on the network.
