I am now acquainted with python now and want to learn OpenGL now. I am currently using python 2.7.
Kindly tell me which version of OpenGL should I download for windows.

You don’t “download” opengl. It is provided by your video drivers or microsoft software implementation.

What is your video card ?
Make sure you are using the latest drivers for your video card.
Sometimes the hardware vendors don’t deliver up to date drivers for OpenGL.
You can use a tool like GPU caps viewer to check how well OpenGL is supported on your video card.
