OpenGL client and server in different processes

Hi,

Does anyone know an opensource/freeware OpenGL implementaion for MS Windows that enables the user to run OpenGL client and server in different processes?

Can we run OpenGL client and server in different processes using current MS Windows OpenGL implmenetation? If yes, then how?
