Anybody use SDL?
I'm curious if anybody here has used it and how they would compare it to GLUT and/or openAL.

I want to, but I've never been able to write a working event-loop. From the looks of it, it's a *much* more powerful development tool than GLUT, although as a RAD tool it is inadequate.
Wow--cross-platform **STEREO** sound!! Fullscreen OpenGL support! (Even on MacOS X!) If I had written TInvaders in SDL/GL instead of GLUT/GL, there would already be a Windows binary. Curse the event loop!
