My window in fullscreen is not over all the others.

I’ve got SBLive. They gave me some programmes with the card and one of these is a tool bar where you can call all the SBLive programmes from.
This tool bar is drawn over my window which is maximized, WS_POPUP and while the fullscreen mode is set.
I noticed that in proffesionaly developed games this effect doesn’t occur. Please, help!

i believe u have to use the WS_EXT_TOPMOST window style(or someit like that). in win2000 though this occurance doesnt happen ie the task bar is hidden
