where can I find OpenGL 2.0?
This is something that is implemented in the video driver so you need to get a driver for your hardware that support OpenGL 2.0 (if there is one).
Unless you mean that you want OpenGL 2.0 include files ?

GLEW-1.2.5 can help you to use 1.2 - 2.0, but I don’t know how to use it.
