    GLUT Installation Problem

According to the readme file I got with the GLUT download, for a Win98 system, you are supposed to edit the glutwin32.mak file and then run gutmake. I'm not sure what to put in the glutwin32.mak file, but right now I don't think it matters because whenever I run glutmake a dos window opens with the first command as -

    nmake nodebug=1 -f

then it says Bad command or file name and the program quits.
I'm clueless on how to get this to work, any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can find the libraries and dll's pre-compiled on the internet. No need to make them yourself.
