Broken OpenGL Drivers in Windows98SE

I can not anymore make my Win98SE config run OpenGL apps. I have tried everything (new drivers, reinstall win98, other dll, …) without success.
Is there a way to clean up registry and install a fresh new OpenGL config (if not scratch Win98SE and reinstall everything)?

You didn’t say what card you have. I imagine that uninstalling the card’s drivers then reinstalling could help.
