Tribes2 OpenGL Text problems

I was unable to evan open tribes2 until I used GLSetup. Now I can get into the game but I cannot read the text it is all garbled not even letters. I need biggg Help OS ME Card:ATI Rage Pro Direct X Ver.8A

A strange error. Have you installed the latest patches for the game?
You could also try to change some settings like resolution and color depth.

I have Installed the newest patches for both the game (Tribes2) and I went to Rage3d.com and Downloaded the newest drivers for my Card(ATI RAGE PRO). Tryed reinstalling everything ie. game patches drivers glsetup everything I could think of. Still I need bigggg Help.
