Uninstall / Reinstall problems with openGL

Please help. I downloaded the open gl a few weeks back and it seemed to be working fine. In a moment of madmadness I tried uninstalling it and everything else that I thought came with it. Now I want to re-install it but it wont let me. Any ideas?

Nah, sorry I meant addditional ones from the openGL website. Funny thing is though after deleting these files I find I cant download ANYTHING from the web. Do you have any idea
