Hi jimtime,

Just from reading the error messages, I’m thinking it is probably your video card.

To find out what kind of video card you have, go to START… RUN… and type “dxdiag” you can then get the info from the display tab.

What are the minimum requirements to play Medal of Honor: Allied Assault and Spearhead?

Answer
Operating System:
Windows XP
Windows Me
Windows 2000
Windows 98
Windows 95
Note: Windows NT is not supported
450 MHz Intel Pentium II or 500 MHz AMD Athlon processor
128 MB RAM
8x CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive
1.2 GB free hard disk space plus space for saved games
Note: Additional space is required for Windows swap-files and the DirectX 8.0 installation.
16 MB OpenGL capable video card using one of the below mentioned chipsets with DirectX 8.0 compatible drivers.
NVIDIA GeForce3
NVIDIA GeForce2
NVIDIA GeForce 256
NVIDIA Riva TNT2
NVIDIA Riva TNT
ATI Radeon
ATI Rage 128 Pro
ATI Rage 128
PowerVR3 Kyro II
PowerVR Kyro

DirectX 8.0 compatible sound card

bronze,

OpenGL is free. All of the posters in this forum are volunteers. If you want immediate assistance on a particular game, I suggest you contact the manufacterer of that game.

In this case, EA games provides an online help system which anyone with a keyboard and internet can access, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week…

http://eatech.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/eatech.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php?

then quit advertising open gl on ea games about your quick fix blah…blah… blahh open gl still has a link on the Mohaa game…

Uh…

  1. As explained before… this is a forum of users by users…

  2. OpenGl doesn’t advertise

  3. OpenGl does not make fixes for games

  4. The link you are referring to is accurate. MOHAA uses OpenGL.

  5. Your problem with MOHAA has nothing to do with OpenGl

jimtime got no response because he said:

I take that for granted, unfortunately for him, I dont waste my time with his kind.

As for you bronze, you should get your facts straight, otherwise you make yourself just look like him.

In addition to what Uh said already:

OpenGL is a standard, not a product. Companies use the OpenGL logo to show that they follow this standard. This is not an advertisment for OpenGL, it’s the other way around.

We dont have to help you, and in your case I sure as hell, dont want to.
