Blender

Is there any difference between creating a model in blender and using vector graphics?

I’ll be honest, I’m not quite sure what vector graphics are exactly. To me it seems like the result is the same?

Vector formats consist of primitives (triangles, polygons, lines, curves) defined by coordinate vectors (vertices).

Generally, the term “vector graphics” is used to refer to 2D vector formats (e.g. SVG, Adobe Illustrator) to distinguish them from raster formats (bitmaps). 3D models are almost always vector models; the alternative is voxel data, for which the most common use is medical imaging (CT/PET/MRI scans).

Thanks, much appreciated.
