How do I recognize whether Graphics card installed on my machine or not?

If you don't know what graphics card or GPU is available in your system, I'd start here:

Install a program like CPU-Z (http://www.cpuid.com/softwares/cpu-z.html), and that'll tell you what hardware (including Graphics/GPU) you have, if any.

If you want more detail on the GPU you do have, run something like GPU Caps Viewer (http://www.ozone3d.net/gpu_caps_viewer/) or GPU-Z (https://www.techpowerup.com/gpuz/).
