How can I draw a house with a thing that comes out of the roof that has smoke, and fence around the house?
I suggest you use something other than OpenGL for that. If you want to learn OpenGL, read a tutorial or book or watch a video series. If you want to get simple results fast use a framework build on top of OpenGL.
