Hi,
I am trying to load a PNG image using devIL.
This is my makefile(OS: ubuntu 12.04):
#OBJS specifies which files to compile as part of the project
OBJS=LTexture.cpp LUtil.cpp main.cpp
#CC specifies which compiler we are using
CC= g++
#COMPILER_FALGS specifies the additional compilation options we're using
# -w suppresses all warnings
COMPILER_FLAGS = -Wall
#LINKER_FALGS specifies the name of our executable
#The "LINKER_FLAGS" macro specifies which libraries we're linking against. Here we're compiling against OpenGL,
#GL Utilities, and freeGLUT. Notice how there's a -l flag before every library.
LINKER_FLAGS = -lGL -lGLU -lglut
#$(pkg-config libglfw --libs)
DEVIL_FLAGS = $(shell pkg-config ILU --libs)
#OBJ_NAMe specifies the name of our executable
OBJ_NAME = 06_loading_a_texture
#This is the target that compiles our executable
all:$(OBJS)
g++ $(OBJS) $(COMPILER_FLAGS) $(LINKER_FLAGS) -o $(OBJ_NAME) $(DEVIL_FLAGS)
there is no warning or error during compilation but when I run the executable I get this:
Unable to load 06_loading_a_texture/texture.png
Unable to load file texture!
Unable to load media!
Is there anything wrong with my makefile?
Thanks
