Problem when loading lists

I have the code of the bottom, it’s supposed to create a list of a cube (box+top face). Later, when I call these Lists with glCallList(box/top) I never get any figure, I tried to move the camera, to put glOrtho with large and small ranks and I never get any image.(I don’t mind the the texture in this case, I only want to see a cube)
Any idea?
Thanks

Is this the only thing you are drawing?
Usually a 3-d object is drawn with a perspective projection not ortho.
Where’s the setup and draw code for the scene?

No, it’s configured as glPerspective and I never get a result. I try to move forward so the camera contains it but I’m not able to do. All things are set up before. I give you the entire exercise by pm

Best to discuss these things in the forum. That way everyone benefits.
Your issue lies with the ResizeScene function

gluPerspective(45.0f,(GLfloat)width/(GLfloat)height,0.1f,40.0f);
glTranslatef(0,0,-20);
glTranslatef(0,8,0);
glTranslatef(2.3,0,0);
glRotatef(40,1,0,0);

What are these glTranslate and rotate commands doing here?
Usually these are used with the ModelView matrix and used to transform the models into camera space.
