I was wondering if anyone knew of a tool/application that took the OpenGL spec files and generated an XML version of them?

I recall seeing something like this a while ago but am unable to find it again.

You mean this ? https://bitbucket.org/alfonse/gl-xml-specs/downloads

It was discussed on this thread : http://www.opengl.org/discussion_boards/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=298885

Humm, that may do it, but I do recall it was some extension loading framework (probably not GLEW/GLee)

I think I was impressed with the way the data was organized.

Maybe gl3w (https://github.com/skaslev/gl3w) ?
