View a transparency Application over a OpenGL App

Hi

I haven’t any experience in OpenGL. I normal develop other thing but now i get problems with an openGl Application.

I had a transparency Application in Windows XP every things work fin. I get only Problem if a OpenGl app is in the background of my transparency application. Than i get some flicker.

What i can do to solve this problem? I was thinking to pas the opengl app in to a video or other… maybe in a stream?

It is easy to get a stream from the opengl app
