Book recommendation

So what books should I pick up to become fully acquainted with OpenGL? I have 0 experience in the subject. Also, any other languages I should know that would help?

The fifth edition of the OpenGL superbible is out and covers OpenGL 3.3 with the core profile only (not the compatibility profile). This is probably a good move if you are new to OpenGL and don’t want to fill your brain with deprecated features:
