sphigs and openGL

I’ve a code which has been developed in sphigs.Now i want to develop the same code into a better one.I’m familiar with opeGL aa well as open scene graph.I want to know which of them,openGL or open scene graph, would be a better option.

Hm, you don’t say what your code does, which makes it pretty near impossible to give a recommendation.
Also, if you are familiar with OpenSceneGraph you know that it is an API built on top of OpenGL and at least in theory should allow you to the same things.
