Can anyone help me to know how to store the values of controles in a database or a file…? I also want to know how to update this file or database and retrieve this data… Please help me out…

As stated in response to your PM, OpenGL only performs rendering operations so this question lies outside the scope of the API and these forums.
This is why you did not get an answer.
Your question is also quite a basic programming question and does not state which platform you are on. Problems liek the one you are trying to address are usually best explained by a programming introduction / users guide to your target platform. But once you learn this you will find that the concepts are applicable to most other platforms.
You also posted this in the advanced OpenGL forum and surely you realize that your own question is related to beginning programming.
