Samsung 120Hz LCD

Hi guys,
I am using samsung 120hz LCD with nVIDIA quadro4600 with Gsync for my project, the problem is that i am unable to create custom resoultion usig nVIDIA control panel for samsung LCD. It says “no optimium mode recommnded mode 1680x1050”
I want to change pixel clock rate & resfresh rate listed under the timing tab of Create Custom Resolution wizard.

any help will be much appreciated. thanks

Not a GL problem.

Your samsung monitor supports only the few popular resolutions and refresh-rates; just like all other samsung monitors (afaik).

Thanks llian, do you know about any other monitor that can run at 120hz and can also support custom resolution.
