does anyone know what could cause 1.#ind00 and 1.#QNAN0 ?

Some mathematical function or operation that produced incorrect result that corresponds to infinity or something like that (usually dividing by zero, or some trigonometric function, e.g. tan(PI/2)).

Generally, this is not related to OpenGL. It is a way to represent infinity.
