Can sample programs for this book be found somewhere on internet?
I couldn’t get example 2-18 to work and tried to find full sample programs but no luck…
There is no any sample code from the Red Book on the net, as far I as know…
Example 2-18 deals with VAO, so you must have support for GL 3.x. Check your drivers version.
