Recently there's been a problem with viewing the online man pages (http://www.opengl.org/sdk/docs/man/) in Internet Explorer, due to the W3C banning IE from accessing a DTD referred to by each man page. Without going into a long digression about Docbook, XML, DTDs, and the problems the W3C has been having (http://www.w3.org/blog/systeam/2008/02/08/w3c_s_excessive_dtd_traffic), this should be fixed now - we're locally caching copies of the offending DTD and entity files. If you're still having trouble, please file a bug in Khronos Bugzilla (http://tinyurl.com/glmanpage-IEproblem). If this seems OK after a little soak time, the same fix will be propagated to the OpenGL ES man pages.
