State of GL3 drivers for ATI? and Texture Arrays

Has anyone here coded anything on ATI for GL3 or GL2.1+ newer extensions as of now? Its been what 4 months now… I thought ATI was supposed to have a working GL3 driver by now or soon anyway?

ATI does not support ARB_create_context - so no way to create OpenGL 3.0 context.

What about texture arrays?
I think one of the most important optimization possibilities in OpenGL 3.0 are texture arrays. Anybody knows about when ATI will support them?
