VR4Max fragment shader?

Hello everyone :slight_smile:

I’m in the process of making a scene for VRmedialab in Denmark, using 3d studio max and the vr4max exporter.

However - I’m no coding genius - but would love to be able to show of something fancy for them. This is where the fragment shaders come in.

The vr4max documentation mentions the support for .frag or .vert files - but I have not been able to find any on the grid.

What I’m looking for is some sort of “glow shader” for my objects, since vr4max only supports shaders per. object and not fullscreen.

There is a demo at nVidia

called “Cg Volume Lines” so this isn’t a post processing effect.

But the typical way is a fullscreen postprocessing effect. There is another demo called “Glow” on the same page and it demoes the same effect used in Tron 2.0
