Number of GPU cycles for cos and sin functions?

Hello,

I was wondering where I could find some GPU’s documentations regarding the instructions’ cycles, as we commonly see for any other processors?

I am especially interested in the number of cycles of the cos and sin instructions on the latest Nvidia’s hardware(GF6x00), could anyone help me on that please? Are they implemented in hardware?
