GLSL Shader Editor / Studio

Hi,

Anyone know of a good GLSL program editor / shader studio type tool? I’d need something that allows flexibility on texture formats. Basically I’m writing vertex programs that perform texture fetches and need to force D3DFMT_R32F or D3DFMT_A32B32G32R32F.
