Help! can’t seem to find OpenGL 2.0 on the web. Someone, please, point me to it. 
On the front page of this site you can download the API specification for OpenGL 2.0. That’s about the closest you get to 2.0 untill the hardware manufacturers starts releaseing drivers for OpenGL 2.0. But you can still use 1.5 + extensions, as 2.0 doesn’t add anything new that isn’t available through extensions today.

Yes, so as soon as they release a driver that includes OpenGL 2.0, just install it and you can start using it.
