View Full Version : Where to download the OpenGl driver for SIS315-64 AGP card under Win2k?

I'm only a game player under Win2k.
But the NFS7 Underground failed when I installed the last AGP driver of my SIS315-64 from www.sis.com (http://www.sis.com)

Seems OpenGL was not included like previous drivers by Xabre.

So where to find the support of OpenGL?

Download the lastest video driver from sis.

I've downloaded & installed, but NO OpenGL component was found.

This might be of interest to you. I don't know how often they update this list.

Do you run the game and get an error? If so, what is the error message exactly? It could be that that particular game requires extensions that are not provided by your card. I don't know the specs on your card, and I'm not familiar with that particular game, so I can't say.

By the way : NFS7 Underground is a Direct3D game, not an OpenGL one ...

This is the last error screen when I yried to play COD (Call of Duty). It froze on the point.

But I don't understand the meanning. Who can tell me what's wrong?

That's definately a Quake3 engine game. I recognize the console dump. Unfortunately, there's no error in what you posted here, it's just the usual initialization stuff. For what it's worth, it looks as though the graphics stuff is ok.

I would post your question in the users forum, as it is far more likely that someone there has the same problem you do, and has a fix. You will certainly get more attention there.

Wish I could be of more help, and I feel your pain.
