Where would I d/l these drivers?

Non-Windows Generic OpenGL 1.4.0 drivers

Intel does not off them to d/l on their site, so I turned to the source.

Click Graphics on the left, then select your video card, then download graphic driver. The video card vendor is responsible for implementing accelerated OpenGL driver.

To my knowledge, Microsoft never provided accelerated OpenGL.
