I have old graphic card which doesn't support in 3D.

Is there any software emulator for OpenGL?

I study in the university OpenGL so I don't have high requirement.

any Windows OS post win95 has a software OpenGL 1.1
version.
RTFAQ to start coding :
http://www.opengl.org/resources/faq/getting_started.html

If you need more extensions/higher number version, you can have a look at mesa http://www.mesa3d.org the source can be compiled on windows too.
