i am new to opengl.
i want to draw some charts using opengl.
but the screen is not big enough to display the whole chart.
Is there any provision for scrollbar in opengl.
if yes which function is available for using it

Obviously not, GL is a low-level API and this is application-dependant and rather very-high-level.
By the way, I suggest you to just use a spreadsheet application for this task, unless you just want to play with the GL.
how to use spreadsheet application ?
