Two ways :
1) get the latest version of your Intel graphics driver, if it is already the latest complain to Intel that their drivers are crap

2) get a nice ATI or NVidia card, for 100 you can play COD very nicely.

is there a way to uninstall then reinstall the file or driver?

Yes, disinstall from configuration panel, or maybe the installer erase older version..

i also have a problem with COD loading open GL, this is what it shows me:

...GLW_ChoosePFD( 32, 24, 0 )

Could not load OpenGL. Make sure that you have the latest drivers for your video card from the manufacturer's web site.

I have all the latest drivers for my Nvidia 6800 and they dont help at all, any suggestions?
