Where do i get opengl for ati radeon igp 345m?

ati.com has a link called drivers & software, which takes you to another page.
Select your OS, then motherboards/IGP drivers, and download.
well i download the igp drivers, and unistalled display driver and ati control panel, but when I tried to install new driver it said that there isnt any hardware in machine for that setup. i notice i have a Ati Graphics Controller Driver but i cant unistall it, keep asking for files I dont know where to find, luckily i found 2 of them now it asks fro data3.cab and i have no file call like that in whole pc 
can you help me plz?
