Is this to run OpenGL programs or write them?

To run programs, if you have a 3D Prophet 2 and can’t, you have some major problems, because it should support OpenGL from the start. Download the Detonator drivers from the nVidia site (Official Drivers | NVIDIA).

If you want to write programs, the libraries and header files are included in Microsoft Visual C++, or you can download them from www.opengl.org

By the way, this really isn’t a topic that has much to do with the development of OpenGL. You should post stuff like this in the User Hardware forum.
