GLUT & OS 9: Window draws over menus

Okay, so I’ve been using GLUT under OS X for a while, and wanted to see what my project looked like under OS 9. Much to my surprise, when I pull a menu down, the window in which my animation occurs draws over the pull down menu! I was wondering if anyone else has experienced this, or knows what might cause this and possibly how to fix it. This doesn’t happen in OS X…

My understanding is that it’s a known problem with CarbonLib and may be fixed in a future version (of CarbonLib).

If you go back to the classic version of GLUT your window won’t update while a menu is pulled down, so you won’t have the problem…
