That is the classic kind of knowledge that you can obtain better by reasding and in Internet than in courses.

For OpenGL buy the RED book, for OpenGL under X-Window system buy t he green book. For openglPerformer you can find tons ant SGI site.

Another way to start is to go to NeHe (nehe.gamedev.net). His tutorials are extremly simple and he explains most stuff. Only the first tutorials got source-codes for Linux, but they should be enough to make you understand OpenGL pretty much.
