EMERGENCY! Seg Fault with NV linux driver 5336!

i’m hoping someone from nvidia can comment:

yesterday i installed the 5336 driver from nvidia on my laptop (Quadro4 700GL) running stock RH8, and now my app that uses glCombinerParameteriNV crashes. it worked fine before the upgrade. the glCombinerParameteriNV call is put into a display list, so it does not crash at the actual call, but instead when i execute glCallList.

help!!!

UPDATE:

driver 5328 did not work either, but driver 4496 did.

there must be a bug betwee 4496 and 5328?

I had problems with drivers later than 4496 until I upgraded my bios and moved to a 2.6 kernel.

I would try that first.
