Hello !
I have installed the new nVidia 0.93 Drivers
and encountered that they are slower than
the older (0.92) once.
I just wanted to know if anybody ancountered the same !
I have tested them with gears (Mesa Demo Package) and Quake 3.#
Testes on a Athlon 700, TNT 2 Ultra:
gears (0.92 driver): about 1500fps now(0.93):
1150fps
Quake 3 102476816 (everything on Maximum)
0.92 about 37 fps
0.93 about 31,5 fps
thx for any help !

Actually, I gained 10 FPS in Quake 3 using the updated drives. SMP mode shows absolutely NO gain in FPS (tried various combos of settings, no-go).
System:
Dual 466 (no O/C) Celeron on BP6
128MB RAM
NVIDIA TNT2 M64 (32MB RAM) AGP4X used at 2X
.92 drivers gave 37 FPS (no r_smp)
.93 drives gave 52 FPS (no r_smp)
