where do i change the environmental variable, and whats a good reference for after installing mesa and deconflicting software and hardware issues, say for an nvidea GF2MX.
If you are using the nvidia drivers is mesa not required. I think that nvidia is overwriting the GL libraries with their own. Check the installation guide from nvidia it also has a link to a FAQ.
