ATI Linux Driver

Does anyone try the linux driver from ATI ?
I am interested in buying a ‘DX9’ (or ARB_fp) card under Linux.
For the moment, there is only the RADEON 9700, but i am quite
worry that the ATI drivers under linux are unstable.

They work very well for me. Take a look at my website for some demos that works fine in Linux.
